Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment:
Payment should be made in GBP by credit card, debit card or cash. Cheques and bank transfers will not be accepted. If you have booked the Special Conditions Rate, a 25% deposit of your total cost will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking, with the balance payable upon check-in. Please note, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
If you have booked the Non-refundable Rate, saving 10% on the Best Available Rate, the total balance will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking. Please note this rate is fully non-refundable, non-transferable rate.
Proof of Age:
The lead guest must be at least 21 years of age as per the terms and conditions accepted at the time of booking. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, Epic Apart Hotel reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit between GBP 150 and GBP 500 per apartment will be taken upon check-in at the discretion of Epic Apart Hotel and Serviced Apartments to cover “additional charges', including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay. A valid credit card is required from the lead guest to hold this deposit. Cash will not be accepted. If your security deposit does not cover the total additional charges, Epic Apart Hotel will be entitled to recover this from guests without delay. All pre-authorisations are rescinded on check-out. Most banks will make the funds available again within 48 hours, however certain debit cards can take up to 10 days. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 25-27 Seel Street, L1 4AU Liverpool. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

北韓果然是無賴國家！北韓政府在1970年代向瑞典富豪(Volvo)汽車訂購1000輛144型車款，但是至今仍未償還任何貸款金額，積欠瑞典廠商總金額已超過97億元台幣。
根據南韓聯合通訊社報導，北韓在1974年向富豪汽車採購千輛富豪144型汽車，以及積欠其他瑞典公司幾個訂單。原本總額6億瑞典克朗(約台幣21.7億元)債務，經過43年利息累積，已增加到27億瑞典克朗(約台幣97.6億元)。
除此之外，北韓政府也積欠瑞士手錶廠商勞力士瑞士法朗2.05億元（約台幣62.17億元）未還。積欠芬蘭政府2600萬歐元（約台幣9.16億元），欠數家芬蘭公司600萬歐元。
為求保險，富豪汽車在交貨給北韓之前已向瑞典國營出口單位的出口信貸擔保局尋求擔保，因此富豪汽車並沒有任何損失。出口信貸擔保局每年會向北韓提醒債務兩次，但是北韓至今沒有還債的跡象。
1966年到1974年期間，富豪汽車生產全新車系富豪144型4門汽車，總共製造125萬輛，賣出逾100萬輛，成為富豪史上第一次單一車系賣出超過100萬輛紀錄。北韓採購這千輛車型主要用為計程車使用。
根據美國之音(VOA)報導，北韓積欠瑞典債務目前約3.3億美元，佔16國積欠瑞典全部債務45%，這些債務國中只有北韓從未償還任何債務。
